Audio Projects

Short form.

The “Sixty Seconds” series are exactly what they sound like: capturing sixty seconds of a feeling or emotion. Each was my own take on that feeling, and allowed me to take a deep-dive into my creativity.

For the Adventures in Odyssey Moses project, we were given old stems from Focus on the Family to recreate an episode where Jimmy travels back to the exodus from Egypt.

For Days of Creation, we were tasked with crafting audio for a reading of Genesis 1:1-2:3.

And, finally, for the 2-minute audio story,
I created a script and plan from scratch to include the required 50 minimum individual and original audio elements. With the help of my peers and a day of recording, that is the result!

Below the audio file is the script and listing of individual audio elements as a listening guide!

Long form.

This audio drama rendition of “It’s a Wonderful Life” began as a group project, and I am truly grateful to everyone who was a part of it. Because of this, I decided to take on the project solo for a practicum to make it the best that it could be, and was able to craft the EQ, reverbs and ambiences, field record and add more sound effects, and commission more music from the original composer.

These photos are from while I was working on “It’s a Wonderful Life.” Here, I had completed 13 1/2 minutes in the first run-through.

If you want to listen to the whole audio drama (roughly 50 minutes), please reach out to me!
